Blackrock’s 100% controlled Silver Cloud project is a 45 square kilometre land package situated 20 kilometres south of the Midas mine and 3 kilometres west of Hollister mine, along the prolific Northern Nevada Rift in north-central Nevada.

Silver Cloud Technical Report

Strategic Location in a Proven Mining District

Silver Cloud is located within Nevada’s prolific Northern Nevada Rift, a region known for hosting numerous high-grade gold and silver deposits.

The project sits in close proximity to the producing Midas and Hollister mines and benefits from strong regional infrastructure including roads, power access, and nearby mining services.

This strategic location significantly enhances the project’s exploration and development potential.

HIGH GRADE
01
High-Grade Gold & Silver System
Drilling at Silver Cloud has confirmed the presence of a high-grade epithermal vein system, highlighted by discovery intercepts including * 70 g/t gold and 600 g/t silver over 1.5 metres.
EXPLORATION UPSIDE
02
Large Land Package with Expansion Potential
The project spans nearly 47 square kilometres across a highly prospective volcanic sequence along the Northern Nevada Rift. Ongoing drilling aims to expand known mineralized zones and identify additional high-grade vein structures across the property.
JURISDICTION
03
Tier-one Nevada
Jurisdiction
Nevada is widely recognized as one of the world’s most attractive mining jurisdictions. Silver Cloud benefits from stable regulations, established infrastructure, and a long history of successful precious-metal mining operations.

Silver Cloud High-Grade Drill Intercepts

Exploration drilling at Silver Cloud has intersected high-grade gold and silver mineralization within structurally controlled epithermal veins.

The bulk of the pre-Blackrock historical work was carried out prior to the inception of the standards specified in National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Properties (NI 43-101). Their specific drill sampling techniques and security procedures are not known, although the work was completed by respectable exploration/mining companies. Their sample methods are likely equal to industry standards at the time the work was completed, and where known, the laboratories used in this historical work are also respectable. Because there is no certified laboratory data to check the results, Blackrock believes these results are reliable to evaluate the exploration potential of the Silver Cloud project, but not fully relevant or compatible for use in a resource estimate. See the technical report related to the Company’s Silver Cloud project entitled “Technical Report on the Silver Cloud Property, Elko County, Nevada, USA” dated January 30, 2023, with an effective date of January 27, 2023.
